  Unit Aims:
This unit aims to help learners develop their own personal leadership and management skills in the context of the creation and achievement of organizational vision and strategic direction.
Assessment guidance:
Learners must achieve the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by the assessment criteria for the unit. Additional assessment guidance is provided on the ATHE assignment brief. To achieve the standards for this unit, learners will be required to understand the knowledge and skills needed by leaders and managers, create a plan to achieve these qualities, and be able to know how to progress with the plan can be reviewed.
