  Unit Aims:

This unit explores the relationship between data, information, and knowledge, and the contribution information and knowledge management make to the success of organizations. Learners who aspire to positions in information and knowledge management will develop the fundamental knowledge, understanding, and skills necessary for such job roles.

Assessment guidance:

To achieve this unit, learners must achieve the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by the assessment criteria for the unit.
